Raised in Central Maine, Barb has lived in numerous towns between Kennebec and Cumberland County. With her background in customer service and go-getter attitude , it comes as no surprise that she is very competent managing the office and overseeing the technical side of the business transactions. In 2012, After Graduating with high honors from Southern New Hampshire University, Barb was hired as Office Manager for All Points Realty and her real estate career flourished from there. After spending several years working with investors and asset managers selling bank foreclosures and REO work, she decided she needed to switch gears and focus her energy on traditional residential sales. In fact, one of her very first sales was her childhood best friend seeking a commercial spot for his small business and the other memorable one was helping her mom's best friend sell her house while she focused on relocating to Florida and coping with the loss of her husband. Helping two very special people navigate through such memorable times in their life made her realize the importance of learning her purpose as a guide through the real estate process. Although she learned a lot from working with asset managers, investors and REO companies, Barb prefers working with people in her very own coastal and central Maine communities.
Working in real estate and helping someone accomplish a life goal is what makes it all worth it. Barb has closed some pretty tough deals and knows it's not always a smooth transaction. Ultimately we want everyone walking away from the table feeling like they got something out of the deal. Whether you're selling or buying, if you are looking for an agent to guide you with care and diligence through what may be the most important decision of your life, call Barb today.
