Eric Humes, Principal Broker
December 2023 marked 22 years since Eric has been a full time licensed real estate professional and Landlord. Now with over two decades of experiencing the ebb and flow of real estate, he has fine tuned his market understanding and put it to use when guiding and educating his clients through a deal. His natural ability to communicate effectively and honestly is a breath of fresh air for his clients. Eric is skilled in understanding financing, explaining contract language and knowledgeable in the logistics of construction. This sets Eric apart from other agents; with over $6,000,000 in personal acquisitions and renovations just over the last few years, Eric has gained practical knowledge of what it takes to complete entire building renovations and home remodeling.
Eric's career in real estate is far from over. He’s still as ambitious as he was in his 20’s and looks forward to many more years to come. Barb Hydock, Affiliate Broker
Raised in Central Maine, Barb has lived in numerous towns between Kennebec and Cumberland County. With her background in customer service and go-getter attitude , it comes as no surprise that she is very competent managing the office and overseeing the technical side of the business transactions. In 2012, After Graduating with high honors from Southern New Hampshire University, Barb was hired as Office Manager for All Points Realty and her real estate career flourished from there. After spending several years working with investors and asset managers selling bank foreclosures and REO work, she decided she needed to switch gears and focus her energy on traditional residential sales. Although she learned a lot from working with asset managers, investors and REO companies, Barb prefers working with people in her very own coastal and central Maine communities.
Working in real estate and helping someone accomplish a life goal is what makes it all worth it. Barb has closed some pretty tough deals and knows it's not always a smooth transaction.
