Eric Humes, Principal Broker
Eric has been a full-time licensed real estate professional and landlord for over two decades, celebrating 24 years in the business as of December 2025. With firsthand experience navigating the ups and downs of the market, Eric has fine-tuned his understanding of real estate and uses it to confidently guide and educate his clients through every step of a deal.
Known for his clear, honest communication, Eric brings a refreshing approach to real estate. He has a strong grasp of financing, can break down contract language in plain English, and understands the real-world logistics of construction. Having completed more than $6,000,000 in personal acquisitions and renovations in recent years, Eric offers practical, hands-on insight into full-scale building renovations and home remodeling—experience that truly sets him apart.

Barbara Hydock, Associate Broker
Barb has been an integral part of All Points Realty since 2012 when she began working as the office administrator and rental property manager. In 2016 she obtained her sales license while still managing the office and rentals and now wears all 3 hats. She feels like her responsibilities are diverse and each day can be significantly different than the next but really enjoys the variety. As far as helping sellers and buyers, Barb wants her clients to see her like a personal real estate advocate or counsel, empowering them to make their own decisions along the way. Often, she finds that her clients are supported best with her attention to detail, polite and down to earth personality and superior work ethic.
